Video Sessions
Three hours of video sessions discussing creation versus evolution are available free on this
page.  Tim Stout, the author, believes that the data of science, honestly interpreted, points
to a Creator God as the source of life.  Reasons for this are discussed from geology,
biology, biochemistry, and physics.  These sessions are from CTO's DVD, with a slight
reduction in quality.   A high-speed Internet connection is recommended because of the size
of the files.

Note: A file can be saved by right-clicking the mouse when the cursor is over the
appropriate Video button, then clicking on the "Save Target As ..." button and then
following the instructions from the pop-up menu.

2. Entropy: Getting The First Cell.   This session is a "main course."  The arguments presented in this
session prove fatal to the possibility of life generating spontaneously.  Hence, the very existence of a
living cell points to an intelligent, powerful and active Creator God.   A living cell has many different
components, all of which need to be present and in good working order for a cell to survive. Beyond this,
water quickly destroys cell components and a cell must have a means of repairing the damage from this
or it quickly dies.  Together, this requires that the first living cell be formed as a single step process
within a very short period of time. This is the exact opposite of evolutionary claims that the first cell
gradually formed over long periods of time.   Formation of a living cell by a single step process taking
place quickly makes sense only if life is the result of the creative activity of an intelligent, Creator God.
The data and observations of science, honestly interpreted, teach against the possibility of a
spontaneous generation of life.  Concerning entropy, life is too complicated and too organized for
random, natural activity to generate it.

3. Entropy: Getting A New Enzyme.   This session is a second "main course." It also presents
arguments which are fatal to evolutionary theory.  Evolution from a simple to a more complicated
form of life requires the introduction of new information into DNA.  However, the information
required to code for even a single brand new enzyme is effectively impossible to generate by random
processes.  Even a google years with every star in the universe having a planet participating in the
effort would not be long enough to generate the required information.

Tim Stout:  When I talk to students on college and university campuses, I frequently challenge them,
"Would you like to be famous? All you need to do is give a legitimate rebuttal to the DVD session on
getting a new enzyme.  Biologists are desperately looking for someone to find one."   A typical
reaction to this challenge is a smirk with a comment something like, "Oh, that should be easy."  So,
I challenge them to e-mail me if they find any flaws in the arguments presented.  After now having
distributed over 10,000 DVDs on various campuses throughout the country,  I have yet to have a
single person offer such a rebuttal.

4. Radiometric Dating.   This session is viewed as a "dessert."  It is a sweet way to finish the scientific
portion of the DVD.   Radiometric dating presents some very serious problems for the evolutionists.  Two
of them are discussed in this session.  The first involves Carbon 14 dating.   The modern method of
chemical analysis now allows a scientist to count the exact number of carbon 14 atoms in a sample.  This
provides extremely accurate results. After much less than 1/4 of a million years, all of the carbon 14 in a
sample should have disappeared.   Therefore, deposits of oil and coal which were supposedly buried 50 to
300 million years ago should not have even a slight trace of carbon 14.  The reality is that essentially every
sample of ANYTHING containing carbon from ANY source from ANYWHERE on the planet will contain
enough carbon 14 to date it at well under 100,000 years.   Therefore, coal and oil deposits are well under
100,000 years old.  Dinosaurs were buried well under 100,000 years ago.    This phenomenon is extremely
well documented in the literature.  Yet, it is never talked about because it contradicts preconceived
evolutionary notions.   Other significant issues are also talked about in the session.

5. Science and Scientists.   There is no contradiction between true science and the Bible.  The scientific
method was developed by Sir Francis Bacon as a means pf bringing the earth under subjection, a command
God gave man and which was recorded in Genesis chapter 1.   Most of the early branches of science were
founded by Christians who believed the Bible and believed in a Creator God.  A list of these scientists and
the branches of science they founded is given.

6. Science of Philosophy.   Evolutionary theory is not science.  The procedures used to develop it followed
that pattern that Sir Francis Bacon said lead to error, not truth.   Hence, it is more philosophical than
scientific.   Actually, evolution is merely a proposed reconstruction of history.  However, this
reconstruction is contradicted by a number of scientific principles and as such should be rejected.  People
choose to believe in evolution, not because of the evidence of science, but because it gives them a
convenient excuse to reject God.   Science itself, properly understood, points towards the existence of a
living Creator God.

7. God's Perspective.   This is the climax of the DVD.   If indeed there truly is a Creator God, then
the primary issue becomes His perspective. This session presents God's perspective on this entire
subject, as presented by the Bible.  The Bible teaches that God is worthy of worship and that He will
not give His glory to another.  Evolutionary teaching attempts to replace the glory of God as revealed
by the intricacies of life with random, non-intelligent processes.  A person believes and teaches
evolution at the penalty of offending a God powerful enough to create matter out of nothing.  This is
not wise.   God counts us as valuable, having been created in His image and likeness.  He counts us as
so valuable that He sent His Son, the Lord Jesus Christ, into the world to be an offering for our sins
in order that we can receive forgiveness of sins and eternal life.

Future Sessions.   Future sessions not on the current DVD are being planned. They will be placed online as
they become available.  These are the current sessions being planned:

1.  Introduction.   Tim Stout's background is explained as well as an overview of the DVD contents.   The
Script for this session is available at this time, but it has not yet been video-taped.  Newer versions of the
DVD will include this session.

2.  Darwin's Imaginary Evidence.  Charles Darwin  wrote a book,
The Origin of Species By Means of
Natural Selection,
which laid the f
